Z steel purlin is one common cold-formed thin-walled steel section frame,and thickness is generally between 1.6-3.0mm.High cross-section of steel building Z purlins is between 120-350mm.Processing materials of Z purlins is hot-rolled (paint), galvanized steel coils(GI) and processing standards is GB50018-2002.Z-shaped steel purlins is usually used in large-scale steel plant,and processing length and holes could be according to the processing requirements of production.

Height (H:100-300mm) X Mid Flange (b1/b2:50-78mm) X Small Flange (a:15-20mm) X Thickness (t:2.0-3.0mm) =Z purlin size

Steel building Z purlins is widely used as purlins or wall beams for steel structure,which can also be combined into a lightweight roof truss,brackets and other building components.In addition,it can be used in mechanical light manufacturing columns, beams and arms.

For shipment,we usually use steel angles or steel strips to pack C/Z purlins in bundles,then place one steel plate between each bundles,which could protect products from crowd against each other.
